Guest Registration

To register a guest for meals and activities only, please complete this form.

The cost per guest is $280, to cover the cost of meals and scheduled outside activities: two lunches, two dinners, and an evening activity at the River Walk. We are unable to offer the option to select specific meals or activities.

Your guest will have a name badge that will allow access to the room for meals, to the vendor area, and for our evening activities.

If you have more than one guest, you will need to complete the form for each person. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy

  • By 10/15/2023 – Full refund
  • By 11/16/2023 – 50% refund
  • On or after 1/16/2024 – no refund
